I am a PhD in the Genomics and Machine Learning Lab at Institute for Molecular Bioscience, the University of Queensland
My PhD is about "Applying Spatial Multi-omics to Identify Cells and Regulators Driving Cancer Progression and Relapse". I am building a spatial multi-omics suite to understand the cell-intrinsic and microenvironmental mechanisms underlying cancer heterogeneity. I have successfully applied spatial transcriptomic and RNAScope to multiple types of tissue such as PDX mouse model, human lung, live and skin to unmask the biology of disease.
